What are the chances the 6.7 ECMs are going to get switchable EFI Live tunes ?

If you do implement switchable tunes, what external hardware is required and what is the response time between initiating the switch and the engine running with it ?

Are the tunes stored in the ECM, dormant waiting to be used at the flip of a switch ?
