Can I run a T42 with this OS?

I've got a 2010 Camaro running 12637084 in the E38...my car is an M6, but I've tuned a friends car with the same OS in the E38 that's an A6 (T43 car).

I've been thinking about putting a 4L80E in the car. Can I use a T42 with this E38 setup, and if I can, is there a specific OS I'll need to put into the T42?

Should work with 2009 T42 OS24243356. You will need a 4L80 T42 tune from a 2009 Express / Savana van.
