    Default 06 duramax bbx help

    I have spent past 6+ hours reading trying reading failing to set up bbx with my v2 tried new setting. Everything is up to date. I go select pids lbz then say lbz selected then I click display data and a screen comes up saying
    Unsupported PID
    Node:ECM
    PID: MAIN1Q_M
    Is not supported,
    Please de-select it

    Can some one please help me wrap my brain around this. Possible send me the PID selection list and the v2 setup. File Im very lost

    quick update i have tried removing that specific pid and then it would just choose another to have a hissy fit with. im sure im probably missing something dumb
    o6 silverado

    air dog 150
    transgo jr.

    What V8 build version...?

    What V2 firmware version...?

    Did you specify the correct ECM in the pidlist...?

    now when i go to put this on the controller i think this may be the step i get lost. do i use the tmp file correct

    No... open the Options.txt file and program that into V2...

    but, first, are you using all those ECM's and TCM's...? If not, then from within the BBx window delete all the pidlists (Scan) and controllers (Tune) for any ECM/TCM other than yours.


    Then when you have the pidlist and controllers chopped down, click Save (and save to Options.txt), click the down arrow next to Program and click Program All.

    Optionslbz.txtnope same crap what do you mean program v2 with the scan and tune app under bbx unsing my new chopped list
    is there a guide to proper formatting ect. is there a proper file you can send me to put on my v2?i appreciate ur help and understanding

    You got an LBZ...? Ok, see this thread: http://forum.efilive.com/showthread....ng-unsupported

    After you extract and locate those files, start the V8 Scan & Tune (S&T) software, click the BBx button, click Open (specify your Options.txt), click the down arrow next to the Program button and then click Program All.
