I would like use a 04 truck tune but there is no cable throttle body in 04. I know you can't do segment swap from different os as far as i know. Is there another way to do this?

Hmmm, most people want to do the opposite and run an 02 OS because of the COS support.
Why do you want to run an 04 tune? You'll have to swap PCMs and repin your harness.

I'm currently running a truck 02 OS. I changes my OS to 02 camaro to be able to run the a/c pressure sensor on my truck so it would have better control over the A/c in the summer time. The issue running into i keep frost over the a/c line in 95* weather. The 02 truck os will not control the a/c pressure sensor.
