5.3L cable throttle to 6.0L cable throttle HELP.!

the car is a jeep.
the engine: 6.0L
Transmission: TH400
DRIVE BY CABLE

The ECM is a RED BLUE connector, it has the stock tune for the 5.3L 4L60E cable throttle..

How do i update that tune for the 6.0L(IT is stock, no mods) and how do i delete the transmission functions as it will use the TH400??

Look for a tune from a 6.0l and standard transmission would be the best

The ECM was a green blue conector but it has the internals needed to run IAC and TPS..

This is what i did: i searched for a 1MB tune with a 6.0L Manual trans with cable throttle,, I COULDNT FIND THAT KIND OF TUNE,, I find one 5.3L 1MB cable throttle 4L60e trans, i did a full reflash on the green blue conector, then i download a 6.0L calibration and open both tunes on EFILIVE TUNE TOOL, I updated the MAIN VE TABLES SPARK TABLES AND ALL THAT STUFF from the 6.0L tune to the 5.3L tune,, and te engine is running ok..! but it still has he 4L60E function, but the car has th400 trans,, does that has some effect???
