    Default 98 LS1 with 99 - 02 Pcm

I am really needing to utilize the cos 3 on a 98 camaro SS with an LS1 and t- 56 trans. Has anyone put a 99 - 02 pcm into a 98 vehicle? did it work? and if so what things had to be changed.

From what I have gathered the memory is the big diference and the only other thing I can think of is possible plug differences and pin locations.

It would be great to know if my time researching is of correct information!
    Laters! and Thanks

I believe it's a little more involved than that. You may try searching on LS1 tech. I've seen lots of info on this subject over there.

I don't know the exact details, but I think you also loose some gages due to the differences between the clusters across both those years.
