Full flash gone wrong truck won't start !!!!

Performed a check licenses and register licenses to install custom built tune and once I ran everything then hit full flash I'm getting this code says script exited with code $0101 : no data received ?*Idk what's going on an truck Wont start new to efi live so any help would be great . Truck is lmm ltz package. Also what fuse is the obd Port on lmm as my truck does not have cig. lighter fuse n I know if that fuse blows it screws up efi live n gives a signal failure . Thanks for any help

Make sure you have updated all your software and FlashScan/AutoCal Firmware to the latest available. Use the Start menu options:
Start->All Programs->EFILive->V7.5->Check for Updates
and
Start->All Programs->EFILive->V8->Check for Updates
After installing the V8 updates, run the V8 Scan and Tune software and click on the [Check Firmware] button.

For LBZ/LMM controller (but not LB7/LLY), it is safe to remove battery power for about 10-20 seconds to reset/reboot the ECM. Try doing that and try re-flashing it using the latest software and firmware.
