    Default Time between tunes?

I was noticing in the DSP Switch section in the parameters (A0141) that there is a delay set when switching tunes.
The default is set to .30
My question is, is this 30 seconds or 3 tenths of a second form when you turn the switch to when the tune changes?

3 tenths of a second so asto prevent a hiccup or something when switching tunes.

Great. At first I thought it was 30 seconds, but that didn't make sense, so I figured I would ask.
That does make a bit more sense.
