Default Trans Press Cmd vs Actual

My trans pressure actual never matches trans pressure commanded once cmnded goes to full 127 psi. Actual maxes out around 98-99 psi. Is this a scaling issue in my pid or a sensor issue in my truck or is this normal? Stock valve body. Thanks

    Sensor can't see any higher.

It's like calling for more than ~26k psi of rail pressure on a stock RP sensor.

Why in the world would Dodge put a sensor in a location to read pressure that goes up to 127 psi yet the sensor reads only to 99? Some of the things the Ford, Dodge and Chevy Engineers do make me scratch my head.
Can I replace the sensor with one that will read higher or is this an internal design issue and just leave it alone?
