I was attempting that using compare but can't find one with same OS... guess I an open and get an idea, then figure out what Holden body styles are and compensate for it being a truck.

Nope just got to use your head a bit. Does not have to be same os. Find a comparable everything as in cubic inch, same ecm etc etc etc and populate the parameter. Use a ls1b ecm table from something comparable. And log it and edit it etc. Thats the beauty of efilive, you can make your own tune, with the aid of the scantool.

I merged B9021 into the TF+LC cax files, see post #12 here: cax-file-updates

The tune you posted appears to be from the TuneFileDepot website - so I take it this is a hypothetical endeavour at this point in time. Attached below is the tune you posted - setup for Lean Cruise. The settings are OEM conservative, and there is room for optimization.

It must be Full Flashed (OS & Cal) for LC to become active. After that, the LC parameters may be adjusted via a Cal Flash. A word of warning - LC operates in OL, directly from the VE table. The VE table must be reasonably accurate before the first attempt at LC operation. Therefore, after the initial Full Flash to active LC, follow up with a Cal Flash to disable it via vehicle speed - set B3636 & B3637 to their maximum values.

    Your correct!

Thank you for your time and effort!

I've been running a Lean Cruise in an older vehicle myself for a few years and done quite a few others. Just new to EFI Live software. The warning of fueling being right is something everyone attempting LC should know.

And as always a thanks to joecar! What's B9021 for?

B9021 is for setting the injector minimum pulsewidth when you swap to larger injectors (to help with idle).
