    Default need help updating V2 please....

    Hello,
    I bought some tunes from IdahoRob with the DSP5 switch to put in, I can not figure out how to update my v2. It is older, and has not been updated for awhile, it says its a 2.04 xx version? I have watched all the tutorials, read the help instructions, I go to the Scan and update click on the corner to hook up to the v2, it does, then when I go to where you update the boot block and firmware it says v2 unresponsive and doesn't hook up? but on the screen of the v2 it says its in USB mode? This is getting very frustrating. Hopefully you all can help.
    Thanks,
    RJ

    Download and install V7 build 211 and V8 build 203 from the downloads page at www.efilive.com

    then very carefully read the attached document; only when you understand this document can you proceed;

    then after you successfully installed bootblock 2.07.04 and firmware 2.07.35 do the following:

    start V8 Scan & Tune, goto BBx, and for each of Scan and Tune edit the pid/ecm lists (you want only your ECMs), Save to file, and do Program All (accessed via downarrow next to Program).
