Scan tool question. No transmission data

Having a problem getting transmission data. One for an example would be shift time error. I check in pids if its not crossed, then I can select it. Unfortunately almost all transmission pids are crossed. Tried with scantool connected and T43 transmission module selected with green light selected and connected to vehicle. Any info. would be greatly appreciated.

Did you do Validate Pids (from V7 scantool)...?
