Blown Tuning help needed

I am trying to tune a P1SC on a vette with a TR 224 cam using the MAF.
What do i need to change to keep it from going into reduced power mode every time I give it throttle?

Also how do I keep it idling after it warms up?

It surges badly and died, idle set to 950rpm.

LTFTs are right around 0 so I have the injectors scaled properly.

Increase table C6101 by a large amount during your tuning.
