OK this is really embarrassing. I'm the one that asked about this and seem to be the only one that can't bloody find it.
I have even dropped my screen resolution right down to 1024 x 768 and have been all over the "bottom left corner" and still nothing.
Where should I surrender my EFILive cable, I'm obviously too stupid and should go and become an HPT customer with the other dummies.
