    Default Short scan connection.

Please help. I have a 2002 Corvette LS1. I am running Windows XP Dell 700m laptop with 2GB ram. I cannot stay connected (live scan) with the PCM to laptop for more than a few seconds, including black box mode. The laptop each time fails to reconnect. In black box mode log will only last a few seconds. Memory check is good, PIDs verified and programed. Flash scan will read all information from the PCM but will disconnect less than a minute after attempting to monitor real time or record real time data.

Is your license data correct, and correctly entered into the program? V7 is really specific on the precise details on the license. or it "plays dumb"...

Yes, I have checked the license and have tried a different laptop and it acts the same on the different laptop.

I thought I had to. It even let me flash the car. BUT I was off a year on the "Date Issued"
