What GM OS did you start with before that COS...?

Do you have a 4L80E file with the same GM OS...?

If you can't find one, then you have 2 options:
    - modify the transmission subharness (add relay, repin 2 pins) so the 4L60E segment can drive the 4L80E trans.
    - swap OS to 12212156 (and copy your tables over), swap the 4L80E segment from a 12212156 file (which is easily found), apply COS 02020003.

Go with a 12212156 OS and seg swap it to an 80E, kill 2 birds with 1 stone.

Find a 4L80E 12212156 file, and copy all of your old tables into the new file (two instances of tunetool open, for each table do copy/paste with labels, take your time and do it right, takes about 2-3 hours, when done, engine should run as good as it did on the old flle).

And then do the COS upgrade.
