Convert .cal to EFILive

I found a tune for a 2004 LQ4 Silverado with a manual transmission. I would like to convert it to a format that EFILive will work with. If this isn't possible, could someone please reference the VIN in the filename and retrieve this for me? It should also be added to the repo, lots of guys are doing this swap and coming up empty handed. I want to look at the idle and some other tables and adapt my automatic tune to suit.
