Use V8 S&T software to convert your .tun and .ctd files to .ctz.

    Did you download/install V8 software from www.efilive.com...?

( you must have, otherwise how did you update firmware/bootblock )

After you start the V8 Scan&Tune software, you will see a button called "Tools".

Right below the V8 software download links on our web page you'll find the following text and instructions

After updating the FlashScan or AutoCal firmware you must also update all configuration files that have been previously installed on your FlashScan or AutoCal devices. To do that, start the V8 software, select the F5: BBx option, click on [Read] to read the current configuration from the attached device, then click [Program] to update the configuration files for the attached device. Failing to update the configuration files will most likely result in a $050B "Script file not supported by current firmware version" error.

Did you try clicking on the little arrow next to the [Program] button and select the Format Config Filesystem?

One thing to point out is that being an AutoCal issue you really should be seeking support from your Tuner (provider of the AutoCal). They may be using a specific software version (and therefore script versions) and deviating from their supported configuration may cause you issues with supportability. Please see this article for more details on AutoCal support.
