Default New laptop and getting a blue screen when i connect my V2?

I got this new laptop a couple months ago and when i connect the V2 to download a tune or scan the screen goes black on the laptop and goes to a blue screen, there is three usb ports on this laptop and they all three do the same thing, I tried a new usb cord from efi live and it does the same thing. I downloaded the usb drivers and this did not help. any ideas? thanks

Download the driver set from moates.net and you will be able to use it no problems. be sure to NOT boot with the usb connected or it will crash...
