Are the amber LEDs flashing on your V2 (flashing in alternation)...?

I'm not sure about the blue LED in this scenario but the only time I've ever seen a scenario where the licensing prompt is continually presented is where the user has updated to the 2.05.x bootblock prior to having first upgraded to the 2.04.72 firmware first. This was essential and highlighted in the upgrade documentation.

I've attached a process that was put together some years back that was able to resolve this issue. Note that the instructions are going to be out of date as the V8 software has progressed significantly past this checkpoint. Broadly the steps should be pretty similar however so hopefully you're able to follow them. If you're not able to resolve the issue then you will need to have the device sent in for repair. Please raise an RMA case on our helpdesk and indicate if you are in the USA or not.

If you are able to recover then you should be able to update bootblock and firmware to the 2.07.x series.
