Cam Phaser
I was under the impression that all Gen IV engines had camshaft phasers. B7965 in my tune says (0) for amount of cam phasers so Im just wondering if I actually dont have one, or its just disabled in the tune.
Im sure I already know the answer to the question, but I gotta ask

Nope, only some Gen IVs do. The TBSS LS2 (really Gen III but has 58x for 07-09), LS3, and 5.3 I know dont have them. The only one that comes to mind is the L92 6.2L/

12 5.3 and 4.8's have vvt as well. There was also a 6.0 that had it too.....l76 or ly6....

Ah the L76 found in the G8 auto, Im pretty sure Holden used it as well.
