OK i have a revised tune where i put the calc info into and did the above. Now PE kicks like it is supposed to. Trying to get the power right and idle in transition correct.
TIA for all your help and being a voice of reason

MAF BEN map looks good, hide low cell counts, apply transient filter, paste-multiply-with-labels into B5001.
CALC.VET map looks ok, , hide low cell counts, apply transient filter, paste-with-labels into B0101, it looks like the lower load area is lower than B0101, and the higher load area wants to be above B0101, but ignore the spike (flatten it out), then level out the reset of B0101 that wasn't hit to match the cells that were hit.
Then take another log, make sure to operate the throttle in a steady progressive manner.

Ok, MAF correction seems minor, VE correction only hit low rpm half of VE table...
apply MAF map (paste-multiply-with-labels) and VE map (paste-with-labels) and take another log... this time load the engine (use brakes), you don't need very much log time, just enough to get the higher rpms in B0101.
Drive safely.
What is the hesitation or bucking feeling when the Torque Convertor is engaged at 1500rpms and little lower, not there when TC is disengaged. Also if i lower the desired airflow table does that help the idle hesitation from idle/run mode with this type of cam?
Thanks for your last reply i think ive got the pasting stuff down now .

With a cam, the engine might not like the TCC being locked at that low rpm.
Yes/no/depends... you will have to go thru idle tuning.
Just remember when to use paste-multiply vs paste, and always use the -with-labels.
in idle tuning when i log MAF to ECT how do i apply those values to the desired airflow table? which paste? (Number 2 in Idle tips and tricks)

Is there any other meaningful maps that can be made while performing calc.vet ?

No, not unless you're logging KR to see where it knocks.
