Default I want a professional tune but left open for my custom touches

Im not a tuners and cant even began. However I may want certain things that a tuner may not be interested in doing and or cant track him down 10 years from now.. If I had a Fashscan and VIN licenses, Could someone (would someone) write my tunes and leave them where I can modify them later? For lack of a better or correct word, unlocked. Is this do-able?

This is for my personal truck 2012 Cummins that I have owned since new and hope to get another 20 years out of. Thats a lot of years and I want control to check off boxes that might cause engine lights later down the road.

If someone can help then PM me or email. thanks!

Just FYI, if you live in the US efilive doesn't allow access to the switches (DTC tables) you want anyway.
