Default V2 keypad very slow or unresponsive

Lately my v2 is either not responding or its REALLY slow....

I hit a key and about 3-5 secs later it moves.... I guess I need to send it in for a clone?

I have had that happen before and it was a configuration/setup issue that caused one part of the operating system on FlashScan to hog the CPU causing all other tasks to run slowly.
It might be worth trying a "reset" option. To do that, hold the "OK" key down while powering on FlashScan - that will reset the configuration and reformat the CONFIG file system.
