2008 6.7 overhead issue

Hi my dads 08 went to the transmission shop to get it rebuilt and the place that built the trans. could not figure out why it would go to 4th gear limp mode. The shop resorted to a visit to the local dealer and they flashed it I'm assuming because my dads overhead now says dpf full please visit dealer . it also dings 5 times every time he starts it. Does anyone know if I can reset the overhead with EFI or is the dealer the only answer? Also when we got it back, I flashed his delete tune and cleared all codes, problem still persisted.

We are actively working on a solution to your overhead chime. It's proven to be quite difficult.
