Default Injector or EFI Issue...or both?

Thursday night finished up the truck for the weekend, there was NO engine/tuning/electric touched since it pulled last weekend it ran GREAT
This morning we back the pull truck off the carport to put it on the trailer to go pulling tonight. Ran fine but didn't load this am as I got side tracked with a customers truck. Go to load it at 2pm. bad white smoke & missing. Scanned the injectors & they were.
    1 -.83
    2 6.25
    3 -2.50
    4 1.4
    5 6.25
    6 6.25
    7 6.25
    8 15.00
Changed #8 & it's still 15.00 The 6.25's are now 7.00 pull the fpr plug and rail goes to 26k & #2 starts working, reading 1.6 plug it in it just goes up & locks
The "locked" ones do not bounce like the others do in efi live
Monday night I scanned & the worst was 2.0 Seems to have shit today. Any ideas? tried all fresh fuel & then seafoam. Tried different ficm, tune, ice pick & seems to be returning about the same amount of fuel to the fuel cell as always

How big are the injectors or are they stock?

If this is an LLY, get a tECH 2 to scan it as ther have been issues with balance rates and injector kill requests not going to the right cylinder.

I also have a miss issue when first starting of my truck with 100 injectors. I let ot warm up some and its good to go. I had to increase rail pressure and play with timing a little to help the truck atomize the fuel better.

i wouldn't suspect tuning then if it's been the same setup for 2 years.
