Default having trouble with scan tool

When i am trying to check cp3 strengh on lb7s i first log desired and actual fuel rail pressure the go in to the dvt controls and command 160 mpa the fuel pressure ramps up to 160 for a split second then falls to like 9k psi thought i had a weak pump at first but it happened on many trucks i can't seem to get it to stay at 23k any thoughts?

As soon as you leave the DVT screen, they will revert back to normal mode. it's annoying, but it is what I have found. Set it to record the pressures, and then switch to the DVT controls, set it to 160 while it is recording, then you can go back and replay the log of it while it was commanded at 160 to see what it was doing.
