Did you have any other problems? I had to make a new acct as well. But when I ordered V2 licenses it charged me, then sent me an email stating that my serial number was the incorrect length, so no licenses shipped. Tried again (because I really need a license) and it said the auth code was the incorrect length. So now I'm out $500 and no license for a car I have waiting. Hope they get this sorted.

We've had a problem with automated licenses being not so automated overnight. Our staff are now working through the orders we received in order.
