For the 1-2 shift? What about the down shift to first?

A0009 cells out-of-range: fix these first (set them to 9.9).
Did you do this: apply the COS after swapping the transmission segment (if the trans segment was swapped)...?
Is the PCM going into HOT mode...? If so, check that the WOT hot upshifts mph are below the downshifts (should be the reverse)... but I don't think your in HOT mode.
for A0009, I'm reading kpa and rpm and all cells are in range
The hottest I've seen the trans get is about 165 after several back to back pulls
I loaded a 02 OS with a 6.0 and an 80e then transferred my tables to it. flashed it to the PCM, then did the COS3
Wouldn't having D1206 to a lower % like it is cause the PCM to use the WOT shift tables easier

Usually D1206 is set to 95% and D1207 is set to 85%...
to enter WOT the TP has to cross D1206 going up, and to exit WOT it has to cross D1207 going down.
