Default Help with start up tune

I have an 03 Silverado 5.3l that i just finished a turbo install and injector swap with a few other parts. Im going to run COS3 SD tune.

I have siemens 60# injectors and was wondering if you could look at my injector data and give me some tips for a start up tune.

    Thanks for the help

Default Help with start up tune

Any help? Like a list I should check in the tune? Injector data input help? Anything would be great.

Where did you get the injector data from...?

Did you copy all the injector tables...?

BTW: your PE Enable B3616 is pretty restrictive at 90% TP.

    Thanks for the quick response.

IFR B4001 was calculated using redhardsupra's spread sheet and info from another tune using 60's

Minimum Injector pulse width B4003 is from some data on the injectors I found on this forum. Its different then the spec sheet says so I'm not 100% sure its right. Spec sheet : http://www.siemensdekadealer.com/spe...s/FI114961.jpg

That's all I have adjusted so far with values I have found that others have used.
What else should I adjust for the injector compensation?
For B3616 should I adjust it to 100% tp?

I haven't loaded COS3 to the pcm along with the stock tune yet. Should I do that first before I start to make further adjustments?

    Again thanks for the help!

Set B3616 to same as 2002 Camaro (65% below 3200 rpm, 35% above).

Is your fuel pressure referenced to manifold pressure? You flatlined your injector flow rate, which should only be done if you are referencing it to manifold pressure.
