Default What will I be able to do with FlashScan??

I read all the intro and promo material....very exciting stuff!

What will we be able to see/adjust with FlashScan????

Will we be able to see all of the tables, algorithms.....the calibration and switches?? Will I be able to turn off my own O2 sensors?

If I want to convert my MAF calibration to a MAFLESS (GTS/c4b)- will I be able to??
    Thanks for the GREAT work!

All the tables necessary for tuning and drivability are available.
Starr Performance have decided what tables and settings will be available.

As for algorithms, there will be documentation about how and why the tables are used, but you won't be able to edit the program code - just the data.

The EFILive Tuning Tool will not have any "magic" buttons that will recalibrate your tune from MAF to MAFLESS, but all the necessary tables/settings are there so you can do the change - if you know what you are doing.

Will you be adding broader control of transmission /
TCC params than "the competition"? There are some
things that "they" don't seem to provide handles for
(like the TCC PWM duty profile, I want to cut the slip
    under load ).

Do you have any list of functions / tables that will,
and those that are known to exist but won't, be made
user-available? Just wondering what's been "decided"
to be "necessary", and whether this set covers my
    particular interests.

Do you mean the TCC apply ramp rate? Then yes.
We will not be publishing a list of tables/parameters until the software is ready.
I know that does not help you make an "informed" decision but from our perspective we are not about to hand out information that can be used by other vendors.

Actually I'm more interested in the TCC PWM holding
duty cycle as related to load. Right now I can feel /
see some part-throttle slip below unlock threshold. I
would want to beef up the duty cycle at higher load (or
whatever can be done in that vein). I would probably
leave the ramp rate alone, I just don't like it "backing
off" the cruise duty cycle to something less than 100%
and sanding the TCC surface every time I get on it
a little (but not enough to unlock).

Would you care to speak in more general terms to the
philosophy of what's in, and what's out, and what's for
    later?
