Default Any success curing the "reduced engine power" TAC issues?

Immediately after selling my 03 silverado to a family member, it starts going into reduced engine power mode with a TAC code. So far i've replaced about 6" of wire to the TB connector and soldered the wires into the terminals. That didnt help.

Ive also seen where people replace the TAC, TAC module, pedal sender, etc etc with no luck. I'm about to replace all the wires from the TB to the TAC module and see if that works.

Does anyone have an actual solution for this?

Try a different TB if you can. Some times the motors get weak and cause similar issues.
