Default help deciding what pcm and tcm to run for project (24x, 4l80e) 0411/TAC or E40/T42!

Well I decided to register...I found I've been here for the past few hours doing research.

I am in the process of selecting which computer setup for a twin turbo project. Thought it may be wise to look for some input.

    Details:

    6.0L LQ4
    24x reluctor wheel
    ls2 throttle body
    4l80e transmission

I have both a e40/t42 and 0411/TAC with corresponding harnesses so I can use either.

I like the e40 and t42 because they are more compact, and i can use the 90mm ls2 throttle body.

I like the 0411 because I can plumb in a flex fuel sensor (big plus!) and they seem to be easier to work with....its also the original computer from the engine/trans (03 Silverado 2500 6.0l/4l80e), but I have to run the 75mm truck throttle body.

    thoughts?

    thanks!
