Default MAFless tune: How do I enable both the Hi-Lo Spark tables?

As the title implies, I'm looking for ways to add a safety margin to my tune... the spark table for a (GTS) MAFless tune usually only reads one table of the Hi-Lo spark tables, so I want to add a safety margin to my tune in case I run into a fuel outlet (in the regional areas) with only unleaded.

I know, some recommend carrying a bottle of octane booster but I want to know the commonsense method!

    Cheers

Forget the regional areas, crap fuel is available anywhere you wish
A full reflash of the PCM is needed to bypass the MAF DTC check which forces the PCM to use the Low Octane table only.
You are in Melbourne, you are in luck.
