V2 losing connection or wont connect - USB Unrecognized

I have been having this V2 for 2 years. 2 days ago it starting throwing up a USB not recognized and the computer started locking up when tuning, logging. I had to restart computer several several times with same results. I also plugged and unplugged the usb to death until it would recognize so I could scan car. Thought it was a computer problem so I brought my other laptop to the shop and after about 30 minutes the same thing started happening to that computer. I now believe it is definitely a hardware issue since it will go away with connecting and reconnecting the usb cable. The usb connection on the v2 box is very loose and is loose on the box as if it will fall out soon. I am tuning several cars a day and have several streams on this device. I am not sure how to resolve this issue.

Sounds like hardware has failed...

Sounds to me like your USB connector needs to be resoldered to the board...

to send in for repairs: Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
