    Default Key FOB Programming

I have lost or damaged both of my original key fobs. I have new ones and I am attempting to program them. As I am following the directions it seems that the PCM goes into program mode but the fob will not find the right code. I have followed the procedures to a "T" and I have watched the procedure on youtube and I am still not having any luck. My question is when I programmed the vehicle with EFI live did I somehow mess up that part of the PCM? Do I need to reload the original tune back in there to program the key fobs then reload my efi live programming?
I have a 2005 Silverado 2500HD Diesel and I have the correct key FOB's. I am emailing the company to see if there is a way to reset the computer for programming but still waiting to hear back.
    Thanks for the help.

All the FOBs Ive seen are done through the BCM and/or LGM. I dont know if the ECM on a Duramax handles it or not.
