Yes, it holds the boost better and the WG duty cycle needed adjustment. Perhaps a tiny gain but eliminates a weak stock part and a potential for the good stuff to escape.

Actually one of my main nemesis('s?) is a 2013 Ford Focus ST that I work with every day. So far we have raced about 4 times from a roll on the street and each time he pulls just a tiny tiny bit on me. But he is absolutely terrified to race me at the dragstrip, and I am quite sure he cannot run my times. It is stick shift and weights significantly less, also has a professional Cobb tune and a Cobb short shifter and race motor mount that I installed for him. I am confident that the potential of my LHU engine and EFILive tuning will squash him in the end!
