Default Need help with Readiness Monitors

    Hi guys,
Having some issues with the Emissions Readiness Monitors actually completing successfully, I have 3 that have been "Pending" for over a week (almost 2) now. I hope it's something simple I overlooked in the tune, I need to get my tabs renewed asap but I want to make sure everything is correct first before I go in for testing.

    2008 TrailBlazer SS LS2 E67/T42
CAI w/LS7 MAF, Headers, off-road y-pipe, no rear O2 sensors (have them still) are the major mods.
Tune has LTFTs disabled, STFTs are still enabled. Rear O2s are deleted in the Diagnostics section, Catalyst diagnostic test is disabled along with the Rear O2 diagnostic test.

The pending readiness monitors are CAT (not expecting this one to go to Ready), EVAP, and O2S. I'm confused why these other 2 aren't completing, Ive done numerous cold starts and normal driving including a few GM drive cycles. The O2 Heater test passed just fine, Im scratching my head as to why the O2S test hasnt passed.

I have attached my current rough tune, not close to where I want it, but its' at the point that I dont want to keep flashing tunes in so I dont keep clearing the DTCs/Readiness Monitor status.

Thanks for the help and feedback! I can provide the stock tune as well if needed.

Yes I get closed loop Joe, STFTs trim correctly to stoich (still set to factory 14.7ish).

I dont have any log with this exact tune, been more concerned with watching the Readiness Monitors. Ill try to get one tomorrow, Ill include O2 voltages, fuel sys status, RPM, MAP, RPM, and TP at minimum.

Bump for ideas, anyone have some thoughts for why these aren't completing?

Ill get a log later tonight but I know from before that I get CL just fine and STFTs are trimming correctly to stoich.

I can't see why the O2S and EVAP monitors are not completing...

look in the GM Service Manual at the list of DTC's for the O2S and EVAP monitors... then look in the tune to see if any of these have been marked Not-Reported.

I wonder if it has to do with the fact that I set all of the DTCs to "No MIL", looking at one of your old posts Joe (Difference between Non-Emissions and Not Reported) I might need to set them to "MIL" in order for the test to complete.

I wonder if I need to re-enable the Post O2 Sensor Diagnostic Test {C1709} and reset {C1707} and {C1708} to stock values too.

    Hi Erik,

    Good idea, try that.

Do you have a list of DTC's for each readiness monitor (from the GM Service Manual)...?
Make sure that each DTC for each readiness monitor is reportable and MILable.

Maybe you have to set C1707,8,9 to stock.
