2009 6.7 in a 1935 volvo truck - help please

Hello I am trying to get this thing running. Vehicle is a body swap from a rollover cummins, has stock steering column and key built in (not my work so not exactly sure how set up yet).

Was starting and dying with stock computer, seems like a vats problem. Trying to upload a stock tune with vats off would be ideal.

All files I try to upload give me antitune error even stock or 08 and other known good files. Date on ecm is 3/3/09.

The vehicle is fully built and ready to run just have to get the computer to work, do we need an 08 computer? Something else?

Pulled the stock tune out no problems.

find a smarty you can borrow for an hour, load smarty onto truck, then return to stock with the smarty, this will change the boatloader revision, then AQUIRE A CLEAN FILE FROM TUNE FILE DEPOT to build a tune for the truck. DO NOT READ THE ECM AFTER SMARTY HAS BEEN INSTALLED for a file to use
