Truck won't run when MAF is disabled for SD tune

I got a 03 turbo 6L truck that we are trying to tune 2 bar SD. We set everything with COS3 for SD tune, but as soon as it fails the MAF, the truck dies and will not run. Scratching my head on this one... Anyone wanna take a look at the tune and see if we missed something???

You need to change P0101, P0102, & P0103 to C: Non Emissions.

I did have them set that way and it still dies as soon as the MAF fails... :(

I have had a couple trucks over the years that would not run with the MAF failed. What I did was set the codes to not reported and then zeroed out B5001. The pcm technically thought there was a MAF but with it zeroed out it didnt effect the fueling any. I left C2901-C2910 stock.
