Default New nozzles now sounds like powerstroke

I just helped my buddy install 75% II nozzles and twins in his Lbz. At idle till 1500rpm it sounds like a power stroke. Almost lime bad fuel knock. But does not haze or smoke at all. Once you get above 1500rpm everything smooths out quiets up and sounds good. Like a duramax again. Lol. I tried checking the rail pressure with efi live but the scan function is not working right with the new update. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

Also getting a p0540 and p0405 since we did the twins and deleted the grid heater and egr. How do I turn those codes off?

I had the same issue after my 100% injector install. I had to lower pilot timing. I also lowered the PW in idle - 1500rpm range because I was getting a raw fuel smell but now haze.

To shut codes off you have to do that in the Engine Diagnostics tab.

If you need some help send the tune over and I can help out.

Don't forget the timing. Larger injectors put the same amount of fuel in less time, effectively increasing timing

Didn't really change. I think the nozzles are junk
