Lost Full Flash capability

The full flash icon is gray. Pretty sure it happened with update to build 230, firmware 2.7.39 and bootlock 2.07.04 several weeks ago. It's the same on my laptop with Windows7 and one with Windows8. There is another post on here where someone has the same trouble with Windows8 but no answers to the problem. Anyone else with this problem?

First, are you running the latest May 25th update? V7.5.7 build 232 is the latest. Also, just to double check that you have your V2 plugged in before opening V7.5. If you dont, the full flash icon will not appear.

Try using V8 as well if you're in a pinch.

May 25th: V7 build 233, V8 build 227, firmware 2.7.42.


Are you running the application as Adminstrator (on .exe do rightclikc->Run As and tell it Administrator)...?

This was the problem. But it will still miss acknowledging the V2 being plugged in every third or fourth try. I can deal with that....thanks.
