Running an LS3 swap in an LS1 vehicle, base suggestion?

Just wondering if anyone could shed a little light on the subject for me. I've recently completed my LS3 conversion in my '00 WS6 and am now running the car on the original LS1 (heads/cam) tune. As a matter of coincidence, I was running 42# injectors on my LS1 and apparently that's also the stock injector size of the LS3 so that's a nice plus for me. What I'd like at this point though is a true LS3 based map to start working with, and therein lies the question. Is there a means of importing an LS3 tune to the '00 ECM? I've only had a chance to do some brief reading and it looks like there have been some scaling changes in injector function and a few other areas so I'm trying to gauge the best way to move forward, looking forward to any feedback, thanks!

See attached interpolation of LS3 injector tables to LS1 format...

tables are identified by table id, and are labelled as LS3 or LS1...

use the V7 tunetool's paste-with-labelsl.

Yep that I've actually DL'd already, outside of the injector tables I presume the other values are scaled in the same manner then?
