Recently installed a bigger cam (25X/25x)and Fast102R intake in my 2002 Camaro with LS7427 and powerglide trans. I reused the stock auto shifter with the selector switch. Does not have VSS. Got it to crank and idle pretty good using an COS5 system for a manual trans but it needs a little more help when I pull it into gear, so I switched over to an auto COS5. Looking at the wiring schematics when in P/N it grounds pin34 on the blue connector of the pcm and therefore I assumed it would use the P/N airflow tables and when you remove this ground by moving shifter in gear it would default to the in gear airflow tables. My problem is it stays in the in gear airflow tables. What else could it take to make the switch over to the P/N tables when I place it in P/N?
