I know Brian at Vermont Tuning LLC has got some good results with he's 2013 ATS.

This last Friday I ran a 9.21 1/8 mile in my 2013 Buick. My only significant modification is an EFILive tune. I am pretty sure that time is impossible to match stock, the conversion to 1/4 mile time estimates about 14.3 seconds which is a full second faster than stock results by most magazines. My data logs also reveal 35 more lb-ft torque @ 2500 RPM -- though I am struggling with limiters that I suspect are in the TCM or a hidden table not accessible yet. (I could be wrong)
