has anyone ran into this before
We have a customer with a 07 manual that had been running a manual so we got him to put it back to stock and read it with his autocal. Of course the it read "tune file incomplete" in the 7.5 . He said he would have a guy at the dealership flash a clean tune into his truck. The problem is whatever happened took away the calibration ID completely and still shows "tune file incomplete in the v7.5. on both tunes the v8 software shows "ok to flash". I'll post the tune files and screen shots. Just wondered if anyone had encountered this before.
