Question Problem with timing on lly

Hey guys, new to efi, but have been working with a tuner and we are having problems with the timing not advancing past 15-16 degrees even tho the tables for the tunes are commanding much higher advance. Has anyone seen this before and is there anything I can do to fix it? My truck is a 2005 duramax thanks

Yes it is on the right tune while logging just to clarify. Ill post them here soon thanks

Look at table B0992 (Maximum Timing Map, Pilot Off) and B0993 (Maximum Timing Map, Pilot On).
