B5908 Fuel Mixture Spark Correction not working?

My tune currently has this table at all zeros which is how it was from the factory. I am using B3647 in SOLSD to lean out the cruise area to 0.92 EQR to hopefully help with fuel mileage.

I would also like to add timing to the cruise area and thought I might try using B5908 for this. I'm trying to get it to add timing while the EQR is less than 1.0 in the cruise RPM cells, in other words it will add timing during lean cruise. However it had zero effect on the timing. Is there something else I need to do to get this table to work?

I am running COS5 2bar SOLSD.

I'm wondering if B5908 does not work when MAF DTC is present...?
