Usually those access denied messages come from you not being logged in to your PC as the administrator (assuming Vista or Win7), as a test next time your run EFILive right click on the icon and choose "Run as administrator".

That was the issue I recently updated to Windows 8 and have not ran into this before. Thanks for the help.

We haven't come across any issues with the software, v2, or autocal with this version of CSP5. We have also have not seen any mileage issues. The switch that we have tested is also working. Everything looks good on our end.....
