    Default Who Knows...

What exactly C6302 does? (MAP Sensor Offset) how does this work with C6301?

I think Blacky addresses your question in posts 2-7.

My take is that it doesn't really do anything :P

Thanks... a offset factor of 10 just moves scale from 0-100kpa up to 10-110kpa.

Yep -- which leads me to believe that the 0-100kpa map sensor from GM is actually a 10-110kpa. I think it is in the OS so that you can match the MAP sensor's physical behavior to the PCMs expectations (so if you decided to use a different MAP that was physically reading 0-210kpa, you'd set the offset to 0).

    No point 'wasting' 10kPa from 0 - 10.
Most of the maps will cap it to a minimum of 10kPa anyway.
